Emphasis on Teamwork

Exceptional Care believes in the importance of teamwork. ECTC employs approximately 140 in-house personnel, contracts with various consultants and coordinates a volunteer network to provide the best possible care.

A wide variety of professionals are needed to ensure that the quality of life of each individual served is the highest possible. These professionals make up the interdisciplinary TEAM. The team concept is vital to ECTC - without it, ECTC could not do its work. It takes everyone working together to make certain that our residents receive the best of care. There are no "un-important" jobs. Every person employed is a member of the TEAM. We like to refer to the TEAM in another way: it is the individual's "Circle of Support."
