ECTC is a well-designed residence for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our skilled staff serves as an extended family whose care, concern and attention help to provide the very best possible home for our residents. Our nursing staff directs the medical concerns of each resident. Each resident's needs are met on an individual basis and in a timely, caring manner. Skills are worked on in the residential setting as well, such as enhancing social and recreational skills, family-style dining, brushing/combing hair, tooth brushing, color coordination, choosing daily wardrobe and/or self-medication education.
