Making A Contribution
ECTC relies on the financial support of our many friends and benefactors. Your tax-deductible donation today will help provide a home of unconditional
love and unlimited possibilities. Make a difference in the lives of some remarkable people!
Donating Your Time
Volunteers play an important role at Exceptional Care & Training Center. Exceptional Care offers unique opportunities for services in a wide
variety of areas. Some volunteer opportunities include working with residents, doing landscaping and lawn work, or bringing a pet to visit with
residents for Pet Therapy. Volunteers are also needed to help with the Art Therapy Program and Outings.
Volunteers must be at least 16, and interested candidates must go through an application process with the Program Director/Volunteer Coordinator.
Training is provided for volunteers.
Foster Grandparent Program
ECTC residents and staff enjoy the time, attention and dedication of many Foster Grandparents. These wonderful volunteers assist with resident
programs, various activities such reading books and going for walks or simply holding a resident’s hand.
Being a Foster Grandparent is a rewarding experience and provides a useful and meaningful purpose in the life of the grandparent. Besides assisting
the resident and the site supervisor, the Foster Grandparents also expand on their own personal lives with friendships and experiences. They
keep mentally active and utilize their special talents, interests, and creative abilities.

Tribute or Memorial Giving
Remember to honor the life of a loved one or friend with a gift to Exceptional Care & Training Center. Memorial gifts are an appropriate
and meaningful way to celebrate the life of the deceased. Recipients of Tribute Gifts will be moved by the thoughtfulness of the gift. Opportunities
for Tribute Gifts include holidays, birthdays, graduation, promotions, anniversaries or just because you care. Exceptional Care & Training
Center will send a lovely notecard to the family or individual you indicate letting them know of your gift without revealing the amount.
Christmas Appeal
Exceptional Care & Training Center is blessed by the generous hearts of so many during the Christmas season. The pride and joy of the Annual
Christmas Appeal is a elegant Christmas card created by one of the residents of Exceptional Care & Training Center through our Art Therapy
Program. Many individuals, businesses and organizations also use the Christmas card to send Tribute or Memorial Gifts to friends, family, or
business associates in place of a typical Christmas gift. The card has a special message inside letting them know of the gift without revealing
the amount.
